UPDATE on /NUC7CJYH-Crashing-BSOD-even-after-reinstall-of-W

After 2 weeks the NUC is freezing up the CPU and running at 100% on random tasks, which causing the computer to slow down to a halt. It isn't BSOD which is a slight improvement, but still this is unusable for the client. 

Its go to be a bad driver or update that is causing this, but I can't revert to old updates as Windows 10 forces the new updates straight away.

Any more suggestions, or should i get this replaced under warranty.
