Unable to retrieve logs from castle lake manager UI

I am unable to retrieve logs form castle lake manager UI .I have added the screenshot.
Is there any other option to check logs?
 
Any help is appreciated.

Hi

I am a developer working with  EIS orchestrator.After successful installation of client i was able to retrieve the logs of each and every containers like VideoIngestion,VideoAnalytics e.t.c. from castle manager UI. But from the very next day after restarting both server and client machine i am unable to retrieve the logs from the same.

The only error message i could see is error retrieving logs.The screenshot of which i have  attached in the previous query.

Rest is working fine if am doing some changes,do the provision and updating the app_spec.json ,the changes is getting reflected in web-visualizer and visualizer.But if anything goes wrong i could only see containers in pending state not the error logs.kindly help
