I unboxed my new Intel NUC 12 Pro Mini PC NUC12WSKi7 and there is no HDMI signal. I tried both ports and two different monitors and two different HDMI cables.

1. You can find the Product Code on the NUC bottom cover.
2. When you powering ON your NUC, is the LED in Power Button illuminated? Can you hear the cooling blower?
3. You can open the bottom cover and check if you have the SSD and memory installed.

Are you sure that this is a Mini PC rather than Kit. The Mini PC has an Ordering Code RNUC12WSKI70XC2 or RNUC12WSKI70XC1 and is supplied with RAM memory, SSD and Windows 11 installed. NUC Kit has an Ordering Code RNUC12WSKI70000, RNUC12WSKI70001, etc,. and is supplied without memory and drive.
