I have a NUC10i7FNH1 Frost Canyon that I use as a security server so it should always be on. Last night, it shut down unexpectedly. Looking at the Windows log, it says it was going to sleep on battery. I have the power settings to "Never" for Plugged in & Battery, and there isn't a battery anyway, as this is a desktop situation.
What could have caused this shutdown?

Hhmmm, there is a big difference between sleeping and shutdown - though sleeping can lead to Hibernation, which is close to a shutdown in a power-withdrawal sense. Can you screen-grab this message? Usually, if a spontaneous shutdown occurs, the Windows log simply receives a message indicating power loss.
Is this using Windows Server or Windows 10?
