Hi
I have a NUC server as the attached photos, I want to upgrade the NUC RAM and CPU.
The RAM is 32G (there are two RAM slots) but not sure about the CPU.
I need to upgrade the RAM to 64G, and also the CPU if possible.
Is this possible with current hardware, and what are the required model numbers?

There is no way to upgrade the processor in this NUC. The processor is soldered to the board and the BIOS does not have support for any replacement processors. As for DRAM, 32GB is the official maximum supported. I see articles indicating that it is possible to upgrade to 64GB, but I have not tried this myself. All in all, with the needs you are expressing, it sounds to me like a (whole) NUC upgrade should be a consideration.
