I get the NUC11PHKi7C few adys ago,and download relevant driver,my bios driver is PHTGL579.0062.EBU。Today I use this mini PC play CSGO game,FPS is very low,so strange。
If there no other player,FPS can reach above 100,but when other player show in screen, the fps quickly dropped below 60。
And I have asked some other users of NUC11PHKi7C with bios PHTGL579.0062.EBU,their CSGO FPS also very low。
Is there any solution?

Today I update Bios from 0062 to 0063, , uninstall CSGO and restall it in another samsung SSD,and then close high settings in csgo ,now I get a healthy Fps, it keeps in around 200FPS.
So solved the low FPS problem finally.

Hello gneL,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
· Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
· Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
· To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
2. Have you updated the operating system, including the optional updates?
3. Have you updated your drivers?
4. Does the issue appear in other games?
Best regards,
Deivid A.

Ok, I have updated the graphics driverm, and used the recommended settings, but it doesn't work, still low FPS in game.
You can see the updated graphics driverm with 27.20.100.9466 version in system_detail.txt.
Other 4 pictures are settings screenshot and game screenshot.

Hi @gneL
There are multiple references to this issue all over the Internet which indicates that this behavior is not unique to this platform.
I found this reference that may be useful: HOW TO IMPROVE FPS IN CS:GO
I hope this helps.

The PH NUCs have two graphics engines, the embedded Iris Xe Graphics engine and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. Which is being used depends entirely on which display connector you are using. The rear HDMI 2.0b connector and rear DisplayPort (mDP) 1.4 connector are both managed by the NVIDIA graphics engine. The front and rear USB-C (with Thunderbolt) connectors are managed by the Intel graphics engine.
If you are using the USB-C connectors, then you need to worry about the version of the Intel Graphics driver package that you have installed. If you are using the HDMI or DisplayPort connectors, then you need to worry about the version of the NVIDIA graphics driver package that you have installed.
Personally, if I was going to run any high-end games, I would be using the NVIDIA graphics engine and having my monitor(s) connected to the rear HDMI and DisplayPort connectors.
Hope this helps,
...S

Yeah I know, I'm sure there is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 working rather than the embedded Iris Xe Graphics engine when play CSGO, and my monitor use HDMI connectors to connect NUC11PHKi7C, but still the low FPS, too strange.

I've had this problem -- and fixed it -- but until Intel get off their backsides and engage in the other thread I've posted a load of info in sorry, but I won't be sharing the solution.

The whole concept of community support forums just had a minor, very minor, setback.

Hi @gneL
I would recommend that you check on the CSGO forum since this issue is not exclusively related to our NUC products, the gaming community may be able to help you with particular settings on the game itself to mitigate this issue, I don't think we have any specific setting at the NUC level other than maybe checking that Max Performance is enabled in BIOS (this is under BIOS power menu) and that you are running the latest GFX driver https://www.nvidia.com/de-de/geforce/drivers/
