Hi,
I've been trying to clarify whether VT-x technology is supported or not by Intel NUC 10i7FNH Core i7-10710U @ 1.1GHz processor.
Now windows 11 home edition is installed.
BIOS(UEFI) is latest version at this point.
When open UEFI, I could see virtulization technology item in security features section and enabled it.
And also could confirm in windows task bar, cpu section that virtualization is enabled.
While, when using processor analysis tools, it seems VT-x is not enabled or unsupported.
#sorry partially in japanese.
According following CPU specification page, it says VT-x is supported.
Question:
Is this NUC with corei7 10710u processor supported VT-x technology ?
Background:
I tried to install VMware workstation ver 16.x, and configure esxi7.x. It means try nested virtualization.
Ubuntu or windows directly configured in vmware workstation work fine but when I try to install esxi, popup message says VT-x is not supported in this platform or not enabled.
Any insights will be welcomed.
Best Regards,
TTH
