My Nuc wont boot. the blue light flashes once when you push the power button and the fan pulses. There is a green light that comes on and the usb devices power up.
I have made sure that the power supply has 19v, tested to see if the computer produces a beep code when the ram is pulled out. tested the hard drive and tried the steps to reset the bios all with no luck.

Try resetting CMOS. For your NUC, this means unplugging the CR2032 battery cable from the connector on the board. This battery is on the top of the board and not accessible by simply removing the base plate. You will need to (at least partially) remove the board from the chassis to access it.
Hope this helps,

Hello @troyl ,
- In this clip you can see how to remove board from your NUC in order to disconnect the CMOS battery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2EPZQUaJozk&t=30s
- Please do not use such big screwdriver like this one shown in video!
- On this video, the two WiFi antennas are disconnected from the WiFi module. The WiFi module is not installed. If you have one, carefully disconnect the antennas cable connectors, before lifting the board.
- Disconnect the CMOS battery connector and reconnect it after 15 minutes.
