What parameter(s) are you referring to? I don't recognize these at all.

RGB range (full - 0:255, limited - 16:235)

You probably ask about the Input Range of the colors to be encoded (a setting in a Video part in Intel Graphics Command Center)?

If I'm right , I can say that I'm leaving it is default settings (i.e. Limited)

Yes. For example, NUC<---HDMI--->Monitor , if I set for NUC = full RGB (range 0:255) and for Monitor = full RGB (range 0:255) then I have a problem with Youtube (not good quality video). I can't understand what's the right settings: NUC(Limited)<---HDMI--->Monitor(Limited) ?

If you change the settings to full range and the output is adversely affected, then, typically, the problem is the HDMI cable being used. I would suggest that you try a better quality cable.
