I receive the error 126 when I run some other programs as well such as Siemens NX.

  1. Right click on Windows icon (in R.H. bottom corner).
  2. Click on Windows PowerShell (Admin).
  3. Type in the following command: C:\Windows\System32\ copy atio6axx.dll .dll
  4. Restart the NUC, and check again for the issue.

I have the same problem.
If I try Leon's suggestion to  C:\Windows\System32\ copy atio6axx.dll .dll on my Hades Canyon Nuc it does not find the file - so I guess I need to download into my windows system32 directory? - is it a generic file for windows -is it part of my Radeon graphics card dlls - how do I know the correct one to retrieve?

Thanks,

Ed

ok I discovered that this was only an issue when I remoted into my nuc from another pc in my local network via remote desktop. No where on my nuc is  atio6axx.dll  -  also i looked on my dell work laptop with windows10 and it wasn't there either.

maybe having that file in my windows32 directory would work with remote logins to I am not sure - may try that.

Any other suggestions welcome.

Thanks

Ed

Hello AGazn,

If you are still experiencing this issue, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread to check your system configuration.

1. Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in your computer.

2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

3. To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

Also, please attach a picture showing the error message you are receiving.
