The latest drivers and BIOS for Windows 7 for NUC model 5CPYH are in the link below:

The Intel® Serial IO Drivers are only available for Windows 10 now.

Now, if you want to install Windows 7 on this NUC it is necessary to follow Windows 7* USB 3.0 Creator Utility

The tool helps you to install the USB 3.0 drivers into the bootable OS drive (USB)
