Hi!

Do anyone know where I can buy new spare parts for my NUCi7HVK? I want to buy the Top Cover and the six hex screws that are securing the Top Cover!

Thanks in advance!

Best regards, Robert

You can try here: https://click.intel.com/intel-nuc.html Intel® NUC Spare Parts

Yes, I know that the spare parts are usually sold through the store, but the parts for my NUC (NUCi7HVK) are not listed on the site...

Is there some other online store that anyone knows of that sell parts for the NUCs?

Hello robert_nilsson,

Thank you for contacting us.

I understand that you want to inquire on the availability of spare parts for our Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK.

In this case, all the spare parts available for sale will be available at https://click.intel.com/intel-nuc.html https://click.intel.com/intel-nuc.html , however I understand that the parts for that specific unit are not available just yet.

Since my department does not handle that type of information, I will request for the information internally so we can check the availability for the Top Cover and hex screws.

I cannot promise that those will be in the inventory however I will do my best to reach you out with an answer as soon as I can.

I hope this helps.

Best regards.

Diego S.

I would expect that GORITE will eventually have replacement lids, cables, etc. for the HN/HV NUCs. Check out their site or that of MicroSATACables. Unfortunately, I don't see anything for these NUCs as yet.

Just so you know, MicroSATACables is also a vendor on Amazon.com and many of its (and GORITE's) products are available there as well...

Hello robert_nilsson

Thank you for your response.

In this case, I want to inform you that the new parts for the Kit Intel® NUC NUC8i7HVK, have been ordered to be prepared soon on click.intel.com; however, we do not have an estimated time of availability, so we strongly encourage you to keep an eye on the website so you can purchase the parts as soon as they are released.

As well you can check the vendors recommended by Mr. Pearson as an extra vendor.

I hope this helps.

Best Regards,

Diego S.

Dear Diego,

I found this discussion as I would like to order a new cover for my NUC8i7HVK.
This post is old, and links that you wrote are not working anymore.
Any idea where I can buy a new cover ?

Thank you for your help !

Intel's spare parts store was closed back in 2019. Here is the main page for locating vendors for spare parts: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024053/intel-nuc.html. Sadly, I am not seeing any replacement lids for HN/HV NUCs from the obvious vendor (Gorite/MicroSATACables).

I have heard of these being 3D printed. Intel provides some help for this (see here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/boards-kits/nuc/nuc-replaceable-lid-dxf-step.html). Again, this page does not seem to have any support for the HN/HV NUCs.

There are places offering 3D printing of lids. I looked at a few, but did not see any for the HN/HV NUCs.

Hope this helps,
