Which Intel processor is more suitable for 4k DR streaming?

Hello, I am thinking of buying a mini-pc or similar to use it for streaming movies in 4K UHD HDR format. What would I need for it to work properly?

I heard that HDR encoding is available starting with 7th generation of NUC processors, is that all? Or should I consider other things?

I'm thinking of streaming from Netflix, Kodi and similar platforms. I don't even know it they are all the same regarding 4K HDR encoding.

I would appreciate any piece of advice.
