Which NUC for vmware vrealize lab (for learning vmware)

I am setting up a hone lab to learn vnware vrealize suite.

Can you please advise which NUC to get.

I am looking for appx 1tb hdd, 32gb RAM (expandable)  - which will support exsi  v 7 or 8?
