1. You didn't specified your NUC model, however I'v give some general instructions:
2. In Bios settings Advanced > Boot > Boot Configuration you may disable/enable different boot devices.
3. In Advanced > Boot > Boot Priority > UEFI Boot Priority you may drag up/down different devices and define the Boot Priority sequence.
