Using NUC5i5RYH at present.
As member of the Windows internal circle, I can now already update to Win11. But my NUC can not do that, as TPM chip is not on the board.
Can not even update to Win10 21H2
Staying with the i5, which is the higher model of NUC with TPM and would update to Win11?

Your NUC has PTT, so TPM is not your problem. And, both W11 and W10 21H2 are not yet released.
I think you need to re-evaluate and understand what is wrong. Also, your processor is not supported on W11.
