Window 10 Magnifier Just Transparent Box After Video Driver Update

Applied the latest Intel video driver update for my NUC8I5BEH on Thursday and now when I use Magnifier I just get a transparent box with no magnification.  Tried backing it off but the issue remains,  I am not sure what happened.

I have vision issues and really need to get magnifier back, is anyone else having these issues or can you offer any suggestions?

Did you move the cursor back to the little control panel and click on the '+'? This causes the magnification in the window to be increased.

Yes that cured it once I raised the magnification level, thanks a lot!
