Windows 10 insider just updated me to GFX 26.20.100.6999 Not sure whats changed cant find any info but everything seems OK.

I just saw the same Intel display driver/extension download and install. FYI - 8th gen Intel Core i5 8400, UHD 630 Graphics, Display 3840x2160 30hz
