Windows 8.1 and current drivers for new motherboards?

Is there anyway to run Windows 8 but still have current Bluetooth drivers?

 I just upgraded my motherboard and really don't want to move to Windows 10. Windows 7 users will also most likely move to 8 soon, or go to linux depending (support running out).

What NUC model number are we talking about? You do not have a NUC? Then, contact your motherboard manufacturer for OS and drivers they support.
