Certainly anything NUC9 and later, and probably most NUC8.

You may add to the list of Windows 11 compatible NUCs, the NUC7i7DNHE as well.

Leon is correct; while it is considered a 7th gen NUC, the NUC7i7DN family actually utilizes an 8th gen processor, the Core i7-8650U.

It should be noted that the same cannot be said for the NUC7i5DN or NUC7i3DN families. These families utilize 7th gen processors, the Core i5-7260U and Core i3-7100U, respectively.
