Have Intel put cheaper ram with it? Is mine showing the wrong figure?

Hello @JohnDoh
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to review this further, could you please provide us with the following details?
1- How are you getting the information about the "memory clock speed" of the graphics card? If using any kind of software, please provide screenshots and/or detailed step-by-step instructions.
2- Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system:
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
- Once you have saved the file (.txt file), please attach it to your reply.
To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option below the response textbox.
Best regards,
Andrew G.

I've attached the SSU report, I do note it doesn't actually report on memory clock frequency and also got the amount of dedicated ram for the 3070 wrong with 4gb listed instead of 8gb... Also most things arelisted as Not Available, the app doesn't appear to work properly for this model NUC.
I used HWInfo to get the info I posted in the OP.

HWinfo and Nvidia performance overlay attached as well, both of which read 1500mhz. The performance overlay has the x4 rate (4x 1500mhz is 6000mhz).
You can see on the graph that the memory clock only reaches a maximum of 1500mhz when I started the benchmark (Forza 5, but anything that can stress the GPU will work)
This must be tested under load in either benchmark or high performance power mode while plugged in as it slows down to conserve power.

Hi JohnDoh,
The NVIDIA* GeForce* RTX3070 integrated into the LAPKC71F is based on the RTX 3070 Max-Q part, which holds a memory clock of 1500 Mhz with no memory boost capability.
I hope this answers your question.
Regards,
Ronny G
