Hi, all this is the first (i hope it is not a double post because my browser went funky).
So I also did the BIOS upgrade for the NUC8i7HNK.
It went wrong.
I am stuck at the Black Screen with the Intel NUC logo and the mouse active + two buttons Setup | BBS ib the top right of the screen. Some times there is also a mouse enabled keyboard but there is nothing seemingly happening.
I tried after reading the forums all efforts and the only one that worked was downgrading the BIOS with a USB plugged in the orange USB port.
The problem is that after a put back the jumper in their previous position and boot.
The NUC goes back at the same Black Screen with the Logo and the two Buttons.
When I don't use the jumper the machine boots normally to Windows.
Any ideas?
J.

i just found this from @LeonWaksman

In order to avoid this problem, after downgrade to version 0059, the security jumper should be installed in locked position (2-3), instead of normal (1-2). The method how to downgrading from Power Button Menu (without need to open NUC and reinstall the jumper), was described by @MSuur in his post dated 20-04-2020, in this thread.

Trying now. Just need to see that if 1-2 (the original) was [. .] . then 2-3 is . [ . .] ?
