What is the model number of your NUC?
If you do not have an Intel NUC, you are in the wrong forum.
Contact the manufacturer of your motherboard for assistance.

Your second screen photo says the bios is not compatible, and to contact the system vendor. That means you contact whoever made the system (dell, lenovo, etc). If you made the system, then you contact the motherboard manufacturer.

calba3, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool.
In order for us to be able to provide the most accurate assistance for this scenario, we just wanted to check a few details about your platform:
What is the model of the motherboard?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?
What is the model of the memory RAM? Please provide the speed, voltage and quantity of memory sticks that you are using.
You mentioned that you can install the Operating System with a different Intel® Processor, that other Intel® Procesor is also an Intel® Core™ i7-8700 Processor?
Is this a new computer?
Was it working fine before?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?
When did the issue start?
Which Windows* version are you using?
Regards,
Alberto R.

calba3, Thank you very much for providing those details.
Just to confirm, are you able to access the BIOS of the motherboard?
What is the BIOS version currently installed?
Please make sure also that the memory RAM is running at 2666MHz as max speed, since it is what the Intel® Processor supports, a value higher than that might cause problems to the system:
You mentioned that when using another processor, same model, there are no problems, is that other processor specifically the Intel® Core™ i7-8700 Processor?
The reason for the questions above is because I looked in ASUS's web site and I was checking the list of supported processors for this board, in the list the processors that are showing are the Intel® Core™ i7-8700K and Intel® Core™ i7-8700T, did you check with ASUS directly if the Intel® Core™ i7-8700 Processor is actually supported by this board?

Like any complex piece of software, Windows 10 and its installation process is vulnerable to mistakes, glitches, and hardware errors. That being the case, here are some of the most commonly-encountered problems tellpopeyes

And, those problems are?
And, you provided a plagiarized response from https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/common-problems-with-installing-windows-10-and-how-to-fix-them/
What is your point in doing that?
Also, you are replying to a six month old thread.
