can NUC 11 Enthusiast phantom canyon support DSC?

any confirmation that NUC 11 Enthusiast "phantom canyon" able to support VESA Display Stream Compression (DSC)? didn't this mentioned anywhere in the specs (or I missed it). thanks.

Since the Thunderbolt UCB C ports are conforming with DP1.4a specification, my understanding is that it supports DSC standard.
