thank you so much for the reply and hint
but tried this today exactly the same:
one the blue light when connected to power is ON when i press the power button it turns off and black screen and 2 to 3 seconds it turns off and nothing black and the blue light off there is fan spin but it turns off as well.
the other one exactly the same but without the fan spin.
is there someone in Portugal or someone who can fix this for a reasonable price that i can ship it to?
thank you once again

Intel does not offer any sort of repair services. Perhaps other users from Portugal can recommend a reputable repair shop in-country? If not, you could call the local Intel number and see if there is any local shop they would recommend.
That said, I personally think that you can purchase new NUCs to replace these likely for less money that it would cost to repair them.
Sorry,

Repair an 8-year old NUC? More cost than it is worth. Better to invest in new equipment.
Consider cell phones - who repairs an 8-year old cell phone? They are recycled and replaced.
Just an opinion, mind you.

Hello DEVAXTATOR,
Thank you for posting on the Intel* Community.
Unfortunately, due to this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/discontinued-products.html) helpful to address your request.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Maria R.

There's no advice that wasn't already suggested in the conversation to date. If these don't help with your problem, you may be looking at a replacement being necessary.
