hola , tengo un lenovo ideapad s145 core i3 cuando conecto el cable hdmi el audio no sale por mi tv y siempre tengo ese problema , ya actualice mi controlador que es un graficos intel hd 620 y mi tv no sale en panel de control de sonido , ayuda...

  • To better assist you, please provide us with a system report to review your system configuration.

 

  1. Please generate a DxDiag* report and attach it.
  2. Go to Start > Run or Windows Key + R.
  3. On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK.
  4. On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information.
  5. Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save.

 

  • What is the model number of the TV?
  • Did it work before?

el modelo de la tv es un samsung (UN32FH4005G en mi otra lap top que es un hp funciona normal la salida del audio , pero en este no, pese a todos los drivers estan actualizados. El lun., 1 jun. 2020 a las 14:32, Intel Forums (<supportreplies@intel.com>) escribió:

  • It seems that the report is not attached to the thread. You may need to attach it using the attachment option (clipboard icon) when you write your response.

 

  • Also, with the computer connected to the TV, please go to Sound Settings > Sound Control Panel > Playback tab, and take a picture of it.
  • Is the HDMI* device (TV) as the default output device?
