i bought intel nuc6i7kyk for cctv video recording. I plan to use zoneminder of the open source. One thing mention in the zoneminder is that i need capture card. My question is do i need to buy a capture card for my intel nuc unit?

There are no internal expansion capabilities in this NUC that could be utilized to host a video capture card. You can add such a device via USB, however. This NUC has support for the simultaneous connection of a number of USB 3.0 devices.
