I have a NUC8i7BEH2 for 6 months. Warranty is valid.
How to clean/maintain cooling system (fan) to have/get best cooling possible?
Are there instructions from Intel? And how to do it not to void warranty?
What does Intel recommend to have cooling of a NUC8i7BEH at its best(optimum)?

You will see a thread called Dust Removal way back (a few months) in which excellent advice was given which I followed with great success. However, I would say that at only six months you might be a bit premature.
Good luck.

It still remains unclear: Would removing the board and cleaning the blower void the warranty?

Hello everybody
Removing the board does not void the warranty if no physical damage is implied on to the Intel® NUC.
