Hello,
I have purchased Nuc10i7FNH2 on Amazon.
Then I bought Samsung 256GB PM981A NVMe M.2 SSD Disk.
My problem is; My NUC10 doesn't recognize This Samsung 256GB PM981A NVMe M.2 SSD Disk?
I tried M2 SSD on Different Laptops no problem.
I am waiting for your help in this matter.
It has the latest bios on the Nuc10.

1. Try to reset again the drive in the socket and reset BIOS to default settings (click on F9 and then on F10). If you have other SSD, check with an other NVMe SSD. This will verify that the M.2 slot is working.
2. If the above will not help, could be that this is a compatibility problem. BTW, the Samsung PM981A SSD was not validated on NUC FN. Please see the list of Intel Validated Components for NUC10i7FNH

Hello EnderA
Please verify the following:
- BIOS is up to date. Latest version is 0047
- SSD firmware is up to date. Check with the OEM.
- Test other SSDs with this NUC.
To check for a possible compatibility issue we need more information. If you can test another SSD and you're able to get into Windows with this NUC, we need a report from it. I will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your community profile requesting the reports that may contain sensitive information.

Hello EnderA
Please let us know if you were able to complete the recommendations from the previous post.
To run any of the reports, you will need to load Windows with another drive. If you do not have another SSD available, or if you can't install the operating system, please let me know.
