Hello elad137,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
We would be more than glad to assist you with this matter, however; we would like to understand your issue a little bit more, please provide the following:
- Can you please provide a more detailed description of which is the LED light that blinks and what is the exact behavior? E.g. how often does it flash, the color of the light, etc. I would be better if you provide a video of it.
- Are you having any specific issue with your system? Or is it just the constant LED blinking?
- Please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report generated:
- Open the application, check the "Everything" box, and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
- Use the option under the reply window to attach the report to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach). Please note that only one file can be attached at a time.

Hello elad137,
Thank you for the information provided.
That LED light just shows the HDD's activity, it does not seem to be a problem, however; I would like to confirm the following:
1. Are you having any specific issue with your system? Or is it just the constant LED blinking?
2. When exactly does this happen? Is it any time since the NUC is on or is it in some specific moments? Please explain.
3. Did this behavior happen before? Or is it a new behavior after a change?
4. Try just setting the BIOS defaults:
- Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup.
- Press F9 to load defaults
- Press F10 to save and exit BIOS Setup.
5. Additionally, you can customize the behavior of the Button LED and Ring LED on your Intel® NUC to see if it works, check here for more information:
- Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup.
- Go to Advanced > Power.
- In the Secondary Power Settings pane, you can:
- Change the Button LED brightness, blink/fade behavior, and color.
- Change the Ring LED behavior, brightness, and color.
- After making changes to the LED settings, press F10 to save and exit BIOS Setup.
