I have updated and factory reset the bios but nothing works. is this a physical problem? if so what could be the issue?

More details please. Under what circumstances did this start occurring? What O/S are we talking about? What storage and memory have been added to the NUC (part numbers please)? What BIOS is installed? What do you mean by "factory reset the BIOS"? Do you mean F9 Restore Defaults? Have you tried clearing CMOS (i.e. disconnecting battery for 15 minutes)?

This Started occurring on the 8th of December, The O/S is Windows 7 Professional, Memory is 120 sata SSD Part # is ECA86BF91DSE. RAM is Crucial 8GB DDR3. The firmware is latest GKPPT10H.86A (0066). and yes I do mean restore defaults. I have tried clearing the CMOS and the same problem persist.
