After connecting the nuc, I see that it does not accept the usb keyboard.
The keyboard is fine and works perfectly on any other device.
I've tested it on several NUC ports and it doesn't work. the NUC was received yesterday and was closed.
I can't access bios or do any action.

1."the NUC was received yesterday and was closed." Does it mean that this a new NUC?
2. Are you aware that this NUC is supplied without RAM and Storage Drive? Did you installed memory and 2.5" storage drive?
3. Did you install Windows?
