keyboard lighting not on

Hello, I have an Intel Whitebook model LAPQC71A that did not come installed with Control Center, so my keyboard is not lighting up. i've gone to the place where I am supposed to download it, but there seems to be no way to download it to that page. Is there another place where I can download the software?

I am seeing the Control Center being downloadable from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19586/control-center-for-the-intel-nuc-9-extreme-laptop-kits.html?wapkw=LAPQC71A.

When I go to this link, it shows me the relative information, but I have nowhere to click to actually start the download.
