Hello NEKOmaru,

We tested Opentoonz Ver1.3 on Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i5BEK running the following configuration:

BIOS 0073

Windows* 10 1903 May 2019 Update

Driver version 25.20.100.6519

Driver version 26.20.100.6912

We were unable to replicate the issues reported on this thread. Other Community peers have not reported similar issues with this or other software.

1. Try reinstalling the application.

2. This seems to be an operating system or software corruption issue. Although reinstalling the operating system may take some time, this may fix this issue.

3. If the problem persists, we recommend contacting the developers of the application for further support.

Hello NEKOmaru,

Thank you for posting on this Intel Community.

To better assist you,

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread to review your system configuration.

1. Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in your computer.

2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

3. To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the issue.

Hello NEKOmaru,

Thank you for your response.

It seems that you are running generic driver versions for the graphics controller. We recommend using the drivers customized for your unit instead. Try performing a clean installation of the graphics driver in case older drivers are causing system conflict. This time, try using the following driver version for your Intel® NUC.

1. Download the latest driver for your unit: 26.20.100.6912

2. Disconnect your unit from the Internet to prevent Windows* Updates from installing any other driver.

3. Uninstall the DCH driver and the Intel® Graphics Control Panel from Control Panel > Programs and Features.

4. Restart the computer.

5. Make sure the 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter' is listed under Windows* Device Manager > Video adapters. If not, repeat steps 2 to 4.

6. If the adapter continues to be listed as ‘Intel HD Graphics’, and no other Intel® Graphics driver is listed under 'Programs and Features' for removal, then it means Windows* has switched to a previously installed Legacy driver. At this point, we can remove Legacy drivers from Device Manager:

6.1.1 Right-click on 'Intel HD Graphics' or similar, and select 'Uninstall Device'

6.1.2 In the pop-up window make sure 'Delete the driver software for this device' is checked.

6.1.3 Click on 'Uninstall'.

6.1.4 Restart. (Repeat steps 6.1.1 through 6.1.4 until the device gets listed as 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter')

7. Install the driver that was downloaded on step 1.

8. Restart the computer.

9. Enable your Internet connection.

10. Download the Intel® Graphics Control Panel from the MS Store if it was not downloaded automatically from the Internet.

Check Windows* 10 updates, scan and apply all of them.

I am having a similar problem with Intel NUC 8i5BEK1. I have used the Intel Driver & Support assistant and I continually get a "This installation package is not supported by this processor type" on the current and immediate past version of the graphics adapter. (26.20.100.6912 and 25.20.100.6519).

How do I remedy this issue?

hi JWein6,

this thread was seems to closed (I think intel stuff's support was finish.). so let's post the new thread the issue.

I think this procedure is better for the graphic driver re-install.

https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D70P000006RXKMSA4

and I did not error on my PC "This installation package is not supported by this processor type".

my NUC8i5 bios is same as yours. #0073.
