lost serial ports

hi, maybe someone could help me - I'm using a nuc NUC8i5BEB. two weeks ago I was able to flash (e.g. arduino,...) over the com-port. now the com-ports disappeared.  I only know, that windows (1909) made some updates. 

- I have tried to install new ports with the device manager - error code 10 - not able to start

- I have installed all latest updates for the nuc (bios inc.)

how can I get back the com-ports

AFAIK, there is no externally-exposed COM port in the BE NUC. Are you sure this was what you were using? If so, how did you connect the external flash programer?

hi - thanx for your reply - you are right - there are no com-ports - I meant com over usb.

I have already find a solution and have deleted the drivers. Now everything is working again
