Yes, as Scott mentioned you can use the build in Digital Microphone Array. See para. 2.2.4.11 on page 58 and figure 22 on page 80 in Technical Product Specification https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/nuc-kits/NUC7i5BN_NUC7i7BN_TechProdSpec.pdf
In order to use this microphone it should be enabled in Bios Advanced>Onboard Devices. In addition it should be assigned as default recording device in Windows Audio Panel.

Actually, the BN NUCs all have built-in stereo microphones; you do not need an external one.
