monitor blanks out. drives TV

My Nuc6i7kyk began losing monitor contact, slowly at first, now it only flashes occasionally-- but it drives a TV with no issues!

NUC drives TV from the same video output? Using the same cable?

different monitors, different cables, same result.  only 1 HDMI output.

You may try to connect your monitor with the same HDMI cable used for the TV set.

You may also try to connect your monitor to the miniDP output port or to USB C DP output.
