It's like warning signal and like this led shape is like trash bin.

The light you see is the Ring LED and indicates the Power States and HDD/SSD activity. You can see in this article what is the meaning depending on how the light is blinking: Power Button LED and Ring LED Settings on Intel® NUC Kits.
