nuc intel graphics driver auto brightness?

I'm unable to find the option to turn this off.

The Automatic Brightness is not controlled by the Intel Graphics Driver. Some systems let Windows to adjust brightness automatically. Open Windows Settings, select System > Display. Next select Brightness, uncheck the Change brightness automatically when lighting changes box.

Some systems  to save the battery life including Content adaptive brightness control in Windows

Other possibility is to disable this feature in the monitor menu.

Depends of your Graphics Adapter, you may look for brightness adjustment in the Intel Graphics Command Center: Display > Color
