Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
The message 'A bootable device has not been detected' may indicate that there is no Operating System installed on your Drive. Have you installed any Operating System, such as Windows?
Also, Boot Drive Order shows No Boot Drive, the drive inside the device may not be seated properly or might have failed.
