Hello,
When the nuc is off, it keeps the ip address.
If I want to use the ip address of the off nuc, the second computer tells me it's a duplicate ip address.
Have you ever seen this behavior ?

Who is leasing the IP addresses? Look at your router.

Check the Power Settings in the network adapter properties - should be set to "Allow the computer to turn Off this device..." (see the example).
Check in BIOS that "Wake ON LAN" is disabled as well.

I'm not sure that Wake on LAN function is causing your problem and I don't have NUC TN to verify this, however I know that I225 Network Adapter has full Wake up support.
Open Device Manager and then right click on I225 adapter. Next click Properties and finally Power Management tab.
As I wrote in my previous post check in BIOS Power > Secondary Power Settings if Wake on LAN from S4/S5 is disabled.

I did more testing today.
There must be something working in the wakeonlan even when the computer is off.
Sometimes the ping responds.
This is causing me some concern

Hello mmikka,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® NUC 11 Pro Kit NUC11TNHi5.
In this case, I would like to let you know that windows server 2022 is not on the supported operating system list for your Intel® NUC 11 Pro Kit NUC11TNHi5 as you can see here:
Does your issue also happen with Windows 10 or Windows 11?
Regards,
Deivid A.
