Hi david456466,

Try to get into the BIOS, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, you will see a new window with maintenance options. Select the option "F2 – Intel® Visual BIOS" press F9 then F10.

If problem continues, try with the BIOS recovery. It is necessary to copy the .BIO file in the root of the USB drive. Try with a USB 2.0 instead of 3.0. Do the test with BIOS versions 0044 and 0043.

Hi Mike C thanks for your replay, but as i said before:

"what can i do? in normal boot the nuc will not display anything just restart itself, in recovery (jumper way) its just turn on and not responding,

i try 4 different usb drive with fat & fat32 system,. the nuc just read little info (i can see the usb stick flashing) and then not update.. Please Help!"

"in normal boot the nuc will not display anything just restart itself" so "Try to get into the BIOS, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, you will see a new window with maintenance options. Select the option "F2 – Intel® Visual BIOS" press F9 then F10." is not working at all

"If problem continues, try with the BIOS recovery. It is necessary to copy the .BIO file in the root of the USB drive. Try with a USB 2.0 instead of 3.0. Do the test with BIOS versions 0044 and 0043."

in recovery (jumper way) its just turn on and not responding,

i try 4 different usb drive with fat & fat32 system,. the nuc just read little info (i can see the usb stick flashing) and then not update
