nuc6i7kyk的风扇无法正常工作，bios内检测不到风扇

但是如图，从风扇4pin供电口再引出两根导线连接到usb上，风扇可以正常使用，测速调速都正常，也可以在bios中检测到该风扇，请问这种问题应该如何修理。

In reference to this scenario, just to let you know, physical alterations like shorting the Fan cable and "connecting it" to a non-available header on the board are not recommended for the Intel® NUC.

In the picture attached to this thread, you will be able to confirm how the Fan cable of the Intel® NUC Kit NUC6i7KYK should be connected.

If the Fan is not working then what we recommend will be to get in contact directly with Warranty Support and check for warranty options on this unit:

感谢回复，抱歉作为一个中国人，我只能使用中文。

这台机器已经是五年前的产品了，保修期已经过去，无法从官方获得任何的支持与帮助，所以我来到社区发了这个帖子，寻求解决方法。

除此以外，我能确定的是风扇的接口连接正常，从我的帖子附的图中也能看出来。我的操作也不是短接，只是从usb的供电端引电到风扇的供电位置，借此来给风扇供电。

Since physical alterations are no recommended nor supported, there are no documents or archives providing information about drawing power from the power supply terminal of the usb to the power supply position of the fan to power the fan.

What I want to see is measurements for the power output of the fan header itself. Get a meter on this puppy and take some readings.

感谢回复，我不知道我的测量方法是否正确，依次测量了连接风扇和没有连接风扇时风扇供电口两根导线之间的电压，分别为1.027V和4.02V。连接风扇时未连接风扇时

It's a 5V fan; you should be seeing 5V across pins 1 (black) and 2 (red) when powered and fan is connected. I see 4.6V on my NUC6i7KYK (which seems to work just fine).

BTW, pin 4 (blue) provides the PWM signal that controls the actual speed of the fan. Response is supposed to be fairly linear from 0 to 100% duty.
