nuc7i5bnh won't turn on

My nuc7i5bnh seems dead. There is no orange light on the front and it won't turn on either. I have confirm the PSU is working. I can see green light on the motherboard.

I have tried to the bios recovery by security jumper but no luck as the device doesn't power on at all.

Seeing the green light is not a confirmation; this simply means that the PSU can provide standby power (a small trickle); it does not mean that the PSU can meet the full requirements of power on or boot.

sorry for the late rely. I have tested with another NUC + PSU. Both PSUs can power the my friend's NUC(identical model) but not mine. Any suggestion on how this can be fixed?
