Hello ODIMARODI,
I understand that you are having problems with the unit as it is not booting and the light stays on solid orange/red.
Regarding this, what can be tried in order to fix this problem is to try to connect the power supply to a different power strip or directly to the wall, maybe a different outlet as well. If this does not fix your problem then please, if possible, try a different power adapter.
Regards,
David V

Hi David!
Thanks for your quick supply.
I have tried different wall mounts - unfortunately no effect.
I have no alternative power supply but voltage is okay (tested with multimeter).
Regards,
ODIMARODI

Hi!
Unfortunately the device seems to be really defect. I tried booting via "Power Switch Header (PIN 6 und 8)" which works! Start via power button is not possible. So I will contact the Reseller for replacement.
