nuc8i5beh can´t install drivers?

I am trying to install drivers for nuc8i5beh, but I only get error messages that drivers are not supported. I have Windows 10 pro installed. Trying to install LAN drivers also, but only receiving error messages. Can anybody help me? I'm trying to use these drivers. Is that correct? https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126148/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i5BEH Downloads for Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i5BEH https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126148/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i5BEH

Hello timmi2

Which Windows 10 build is the system running?

To avoid incompatibility issues, check if Windows 10 is selected in the BIOS (Advanced > Boot > Boot Configuration > OS Selector).

Have you installed these drivers yet?

1- Intel® Management Engine

2- Intel® Serial IO Driver

3- Intel® Chipset Device

Also, check the BIOS is up to date, the latest version is 0048. If it is up to date, you might try to set BIOS to defaults:

  1. Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup.
  2. Press F9 to set defaults.
  3. Press F10 to save and exit BIOS.

Attach an Intel SSU report, so an Intel representative can continue assisting you:

1. I have new windows right out of the box. Certainly first build number. First install of windows 10 pro. Do you suggest I download all windows updates before installing NUC drivers?

2. I have installed

1- Intel® Management Engine

2- Intel® Serial IO Driver

3- Intel® Chipset Device

3. I have been in BIOS, but can not see OS Selector. Is the name OS Selector in BIOS?

4. Why do not I get installed Intel® Gigabit Ethernet Network Connection Driver for Windows® 10 64-bit for the Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i5BE, but only Intel® Wireless Technology–Based Driver for Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i5BE ?

Hello timmi2 ,

Prepare your installation media using Microsoft Media Creation tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 Download Windows 10 . Install Windows using this media and you will have the most updated Windows version. You will be able to connect ti internet and get the latest updates (if any). Now install Intel drivers.

I don't have NUC8i5beh, but also in my NUCs (I have three of them), there is now option to choose O.S. For your information, only Windows 10 64 bit is supported O.S. for your NUC: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005628/mini-pcs.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® NUC Products , so, there is no need to choose O.S.
