when windows start has logo NUC and then my tv is black nothing happen further, i use 4k hdmi cable connect between them.

my sony set up display has auto set up to enhanced format 4k 60p 4:2:0 10bit, 4:4:4, 4:4:2

but when turn NUC on, on tv screen happen just only logo NUC then become black.

i try to test by turn my tv to standard format, yes screen show windows to login , i do not understand why this happen, any suggestion?

my problem is when i use this tv with apple tv i have to re set up my tv to enhanced format 4k, and when i use NUC i have to re set to standard

PS: Do not tell me because of tv, i also has intel compute stick STK2m3w64cc connect to this tv also but no problem.

Get a better quality HDMI cable.

Update the NUC bios.

Use the latest DCH driver for the NUC.

Make sure you are using Windows 10, version 1903 (with ALL UPDATES) or 1909.

It does not matter that the cable is new. Try a different, better quality cable.

Which one is better that the others, every supplier say thier hdmi cable is the best.

I do not think is the cable problem, if you read my PS:note, this tv and the same hdmi cable why Intel compute stick has no issue

Is your Compute Stick actually running in 4K mode? As far as I know, it only supports HDMI 1.4 and 1080p. I don;t think there is enough memory to run 4K. Regardless, if it was running 4K, it was doing so at 30Hz mode (the maximum possible if HDMI 1.4) and thus it wasn't using a bandwidth high enough to cause the communication to fail (as a result of a poorer quality cable).
