Hello IJUNG1,

Thank you for posting on the Intel ® communities.

Is the connection a USB-C to USB-C connection? Also, To better assist you with your request, I will need to check some information about your computer. Please follow these steps:

1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).

4. Attach the report to this thread.

If possible, please try a different monitor to see if the issue happens as well as a different cable. You can also try a different connection (HDMI or Display Port) and see if the issue happens as well.

error is shown, when i plug in mb16ac monitor(asus.) to back panel.

dxdiag1 = LG FHD TV(hdmi) + mb16ac(usb-c dp)

dxdiag2 = mb16ac(usb-c dp mode)

screen shot is device manager.

plus, sometimes,not always, when i using two monitor(tv and mb16ac monitor) and plug off one monitor(tv or mb16ac) , remained(pluged in) monitor screen turns red.

at that time, right click in window wallpager, and choose display setting, it turns right. (i posted screen shot. but red screen is not seen in screenshot.)

Hello IJUNG1,

Thank you for your response.

First, to answer your question, it is possible to upload several files at the same time, you can compress all of them in a .zip folder.

Now, I would like to know if the issue started after the Windows 10 1903 update, this is an important piece of information so we can diagnose and see what the problem is. Also, we can try doing a clean installation of the graphics drivers, please refer to the steps below:

1 - Download the Intel ® HD Graphics:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28599/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit-for-I...

2 - Download the latest Radeon* Graphics:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28600/Radeon-RX-Vega-M-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-b...

3 - Disconnect the unit from the internet.

4 - Go into device manager.

5 - Expand the display adapters.

6 - Right-click on each one and select the option "Uninstall" to make sure you remove the graphics driver

* NOTE: Follow the same procedure with both display adapters until they show as "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter".

7 - Run the installer for the Intel ® HD Graphics downloaded back in step 1.

8 - Run the installer for the Radeon* Graphics downloaded back in step 2.

9 - Restart the system and re-connect to the internet.

10 - Check to see if the issue persists.

I hope this helps.
