"Undefined Behavior" on Intel Graphics Command Center

Hello,

Recently, I got my hands on the NUC 6 Skull Canyon (NUC6i7kyk), which may prove relevant if the application has outstripped the hardware, and I've been trying to use IGCC's capture function. However, when I attempt to record, I get "Undefined Behavior. Please update graphics card driver and make sure there is no VPN/Firewall while streaming." After having read this, I went onto this forum to see what I needed to do.

Over the course of this, I've downloaded the Intel Driver and Support Assistant and took every upgrade suggested by both it and Windows Update. My graphics driver is currently ver. 26.20.100.8141. To my knowledge, I've done everything I need to do in order to get this function to work. My VPN is currently inactive and deactivating Bitdefender's firewall does nothing. Taking the info from the pop-up at face value, I've done everything I needed to do.

So, is there something I'm missing?
