Yes, you can use 2400MHz SO DIMM . Actually most Intel Validated SO DIMMs are rated for 2400MHz
But not only maximum frequency parameters ensure memory compatibility. Also the RAM density is important. Your NUC supports 8Gb and 16Gb memory technologies. Please refer to page 2 in the Technical Product Specification.
